These terms govern your use of Guardn. By using the service, you agree to them.
Guardn scans code for potential security issues. Findings are informational.
Guardn does not guarantee that your code is secure, free of vulnerabilities, or compliant with any standard or law. You remain responsible for the security of your software and systems.
You own your code. We claim no interest in it.
Guardn owns the product -- the software, interface, scanning engine, rules, and related intellectual property.
BYOK. You are responsible for your API keys, the costs your provider charges, and compliance with that provider's terms. Guardn does not store your keys in BYOK mode.
Cloud. When you use Guardn-provided model access, usage may be billed or limited as we publish. Code context is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and under the model provider's terms.
Local. When you run models on your machine, those workloads stay there.
Use Guardn only for lawful purposes. Do not:

To the fullest extent the law allows, Guardn Inc. and its officers, directors, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim under these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) $100.
